Shipping

Your shipping price and delivery date show at checkout, before you pay. Most orders also have an express option if you need it sooner.

Bigger orders sometimes arrive in more than one box. You'll get tracking for each one, and your order page always shows where everything is.

Damaged or misprinted items

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, send us a message within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no charge, or refund the item if a replacement isn't possible.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final for size, colour or change of mind, so check the size details on each product before you order.

Lost packages and address errors

If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, message us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped for the cost of shipping.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the carrier on delivery. These are set by your country and are not included in our prices.

Digital prints

Digital downloads from Selectsy Originals Digital Prints are delivered instantly and are not physical products. Nothing is shipped for those orders.
